When to Pray

acts 3“I don’t want to bug God with my little concerns,” said a friend of mine last month. Ephesians 6:18 came to mind. I says, “18 And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests.” How often should we pray to God, and for what things? This verse teaches us to pray on “all occasions.” This is congruent with the heart of God. God is our loving Father; He desire to be in relationship with us, and prayer is the conversational piece of our relationship. God desires to hear from. “All occasions” includes when you are happy, annoyed, curious, desiring help, and on, and on, and on. God is not bugged by you, so talk to Him.

Wow. It's Quiet Here...
